Printed Tickets: Printed tickets can be picked up by the attendees on the day of the event at the venue listed below. Additional tickets must be purchased in advance as tickets are not sold at the door. 

Event: 2019 SVUS Red Carpet Awards Ceremony Dinner

Ceremony Date: Monday, October 28, 2019

Ticket Price: $595 each and includes Red Carpet walk for all finalists and winners with valid dinner tickets, Open Bar, Seated Dinner, Awards Presentation and Local Talent Entertainment, Trophies/Medals, Photos and Video Interviews, Desserts & Champagne, and Social Media Stations.

Discounts are available for early-bird ticket purchases and groups of 10 or more. We recommend purchasing tickets early as every year all seats are sold out nearer to the day of the event. All tickets must be purchased in advance and no tickets are sold at the door. Attendees without advance purchase of tickets will not be permitted to attend. 

Agenda:

  • 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm Registration, Red Carpet and Open Bar
  • 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm Dinner & Awards Presentation
  • 9:00 pm – 9:30 pm Social Media Stations, Champagne & Desserts

Dress Code: Black-Tie/Dress, Tux, Formal Business Attire

Meal Choices: Chicken, Fish, Vegetarian, Vegan or Kosher

Venue: Mark Hopkins InterContinental San Francisco at 1 Nob Hill, San Francisco, CA 94108 – United States (there are 2 InterContinental hotels in San Francisco – please make sure that you have the correct address)

Attendees present at the awards banquet with valid tickets will receive:

Grand Winners – Grand Trophies
Gold Winners – Gold Trophies
Silver Winners – Silver Medals
Bronze Winners – Bronze Medals

Attendance is highly recommended for the benefit of finalists who have worked particularly hard to gain recognition and the prestigious award that they will be honored with during the ceremony. At the awards ceremony our team of photo and video professionals will work with the attendees to create content that can be promoted for several months after this event. This content will be made available complimentary to all the attendees after the event.
